Our Wellness Center

Our fully equipped wellness center is by referral or membership only.  All prospective members must be 21 years or older and have a letter from a medical professional stating you are healthy enough for independent physical activity.  The wellness center is open Monday through Friday from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm & Saturday - Sunday from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Aerobics classes are offered Monday - Friday mornings. These classes are included in the membership fee.  Schedule is below.
